SolidWorks has stopped working

Hello

I was saving in different formats for our sales representative and the customer, only when I save as to switch my assembly to Drawing, an error message appears: "SolidWorks has stopped working".

SolidWorks 2017

Kind regards

Hello What version of Service Pack? Do you have PDM?

Hello

Maybe just a little too heavy. What is its volume?

A little tutorial from our friend OBI WAN to make a config speepack and then the config of the OBI WAN

Hello

Unfortunately, like all Dassaults products, Solidworks is no exception to the crash rule, but normally it doesn't happen every day.

Dimitri.

Hello

Did it happen just once? Or every time you want to save it as a "Drawing" (dxf/dxwg I guess?)?

Hello

If it's eDrawing, there was a bug in SP3.

I made a request that went back to Dassault Bug N° 1024994

It was corrected in 2017 SP4 and 2018 B1.

Hello

Thank you for your answers, but today it works, who knows why.

Otherwise to answer your questions the soldworks package is "SOLIDWORKS Premium 2017 x64 Edition SP3.0" and yes we have EPDM.

I don't think it's too heavy, it's at 8.5 MB knowing that we've already made it much bigger.

The crash was systematic, and yes it's eDrawing for an assembly.

Despite everything, I don't understand why yesterday the crash was systematic and that today it goes by itself.

Kind regards

SP4.1 was released in relation to PDM precisely :) if I'm not mistaken,

Hello

I suspect a PC restart between yesterday and today...

Kind regards
