Solidworks Composer and PDF Publishing

Hello

I am working on the integration of a 3D module into a file produced in PDF format.

I use Solidworks Composer to publish the 3D model in my PDF document.

However, I have 2 things that bother me:

- When you open the created PDF, you can see the entire tree of the object. It is possible to hide it, but anyone opening the file can easily display it again (which is annoying since we don't want to disclose too much information to our customers). What solution is there, either at the Acrobat level or at the Composer level, to remove this tree?

- Do you know if it's possible to remove the 3D toolbar from a PDF? Again, you can hide it but anyone can reactivate it with one click (what bothers me is the ability to take measurements and hide certain parts to reveal others). If there is a solution to block/delete it in a document, I'm interested!

Thank you in advance for your answers

Hello

To remove the vision of the parts making up your assembly, you must export it to the outer shell and then transform it into a PDF.

For the 3D toolbar, check with the password protection set up. Never really realize, but I could read that it was possible.

@todesco

Thank you for these answers.

However, is it possible to export to outer shell directly from Composer? (I don't have Solidworks on my PC and I don't want to have to ask my colleague to do it for me every time...)
