Hello
I'm practicing on Solidworks Routing. I'm doing this for a pneumatic assembly with Festo pneumatic coupling that I configured myself (Adding a stress reference and a connection point) and pneumatic hose that I created with the same diagram as the hose present in the Soliworks routing library (the family of parts with the configuration that fits well)
Here is my approach when I want to start my Routing (maybe the problem comes from there):
- On my open assembly where I want to do a Routing I select in the tube tab by selecting "Start by sliding and depositing", I select my fitting and I slide it on a hole.
- A window automatically opens "Routing property. I name my routing assembly, I select my tube, I select the basic configuration, I select "Flexible tubes", I indicate my bending radius. I validate
-There he creates an assembly with my fitting, my routing sketch in it. On my graphic area I see a piece of line with my tube in transparency.
However, when I leave the sketch, it doesn't create a routing part for me. I can add whatever I want (accessory, T fitting, elbow, etc.), it doesn't put a routing part on me. Does anyone have an idea to have a routing part?
Thank you in advance,
Kind regards
