I have a slight display problem with Solidworks 2013.
I made a plan with detailed views.
Today, I am reopening it to make changes.
And that's when tragedy strikes.
On 2 of my 3 detail views, nothing is displayed. The view exists, the edges exist, the surfaces too because when I pass the smile on everything its put in orange highlight.
But the lines do not appear on the screen, nor in print.
However, when opening the filen everything is correct but once the file is opened, it disappears.
Could someone help me? Before my mouse was accidentally blown up on my desk...
I've already had this on previous versions and only on some shots, especially due to the fact that the drawings were in detached mode.
To remedy this, I went to the 3D, which I rebuilt as indicated @ Jose-accessa (if it's an assembly solve all the parts before) then I came back to the drawing to rebuild it in turn.
I admit, it's hardly a solution but more of a hack...
A right click on your view and click on "show" then you go to the plan icon on the right of the screen, you rechoose your file and you refresh with the green rounded arrows and then you click right again on your view and show again.
I hope that is clear.
I'm no longer at work to put images.
Tell me again if you want some, so that tomorrow I can transfer some.
I hope that one of the above solutions corrects the pb...
If not, and if there is no pb of confidentiality, can you zip up a plan and make it available for further investigation?
You have to try everything to save your mouse...
Another solution: update the graphics card drivers with the latest ones offered by Solidworks. http://www.solidworks.fr/sw/support/videocardtesting.html Or edit the sketch of the detail circle.
Too many mice have already suffered in the laboratories...
Otherwise it can be restored by changing the parent's view style, by switching to a shaded image for example.
Is there a break on your coin? Maybe it should be deleted and put back. http://www.eng-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=222045
I've already had this problem but on sections, the only solution I found was, as Lucas Prieur says, to edit the sketch of the cutting plane (in your case, the detail circle).
Sometimes it's due to a wrong manipulation, it could come from a cropped view that you must have forgotten to delete it. To do this, right-click on the view, then delete the cropped.
