Welding/joining two revolving pieces

Hello

On inventor I would like to weld the flat face of a tube with another part of revolution . as shown in the image. Anyone have a solution or a tutorial?

What is the real need:
- reunite the bodies to have only one;
- represent the weld?

In the first case,
- either you modify the modeling of the "narrow" cylinder by starting from one plane and making it go to the other cylinder;
- if the "narrow" cylinder is made by revolution, you modify its sketch so that it "fits" into the other cylinder.

In the second case, it seems to me that there is a "solder seam" function.

Hello. The idea is to merge the two pieces or I didn't get everything! In p.j an option for that. there are certainly others;

The method (under SW) of @Contact_168 corresponds to my first idea.
With Inventor, it's pretty much the same:

  contact_168 what you show is for SolidWorks and there question and for Inventor ...
