I'm just noting =), but I don't think this is the place to talk about it.....
Maybe I'll be able to get a cork shot before the end of the year....... (joke)

Quite Benoit.LF, I never had anything.
By the way, I don't answer anymore on SW, there must be more competent than me.
On the other hand, the difference with Bart is that I'm not in the Top Contributor and that I have definitely given up on having something.
S.B
It's in my nature.... I don't know if it's good, but I'm the type of person who doesn't give up!!!! ^^
And I like you guys =)
We'll see in a few months..... If I still don't get anything in return, Ciao Bambino!
@s.b. competence has nothing to do with some questions, some have the "best answers" without knowing anything about them, just by doing Google searches and throwing a link! :/ But we agree, it's much better when you can get an answer from someone with experience!
@Tomalam, SolidWorks is like a bicycle, you don't forget it!
@Bart, don't worry, you'll have your cap!
Well, I'm going to close the debate, @Bart first proposed the water jet.
Otherwise, you get everyone to agree and you choose me as the best answer;p
PS: normally, at the end of the year, I'll have the choice between the Woody Coat Hooks and the Lynkoa cap;D
YoOooUUUUUPpPIiII =)
I can't wait to have it, + it's a good thing, winter is coming.. ^^
Do you make me laugh too much, Benoit;)
I may need Bart a little more so I vote for these answers!!
Thank you guys, does that touch me;)
I'm coming to have a good day!
Hi all
Here is a serious and efficient company, located in the Saint-Etienne region (42)

The debate is over, but a perhaps silly idea, the companies that work for opticians should perhaps be able to cut this out easily?
Good luck in your search.
34 Like! :o
Thank you friends =)
@hospital.quentin
Do they practice on glass?
For the opticians' track, it seems too small for them (Ø10). But it's not easy to get data. :/
Very boring to work with as a material anyway...
What is it to do? an insulator? a lens?
In my opinion, you won't have a choice, you'll have to layer your pieces to cut them without breaking them.
Do you have a lot to do? And the accuracy must be high?
A compass, a diamond point at the end and hammer blows, the old-fashioned way.^^
Otherwise I have a good guy in the area where I work, he does some pretty nice stuff. You can always ask him.
It's to make a UV/IR filter, i.e. a filter that will block UltraViolet and InfraRed for an industrial camera.
The accuracy I expect is more or less 0.2mm in diameter. And above all, to keep the surface treatment intact.
Layering them is not a problem, even having breakage! If I have to break 2 of them to have a good one, that's fine with me.
I suggested working on it with a glass bombing hammer, but I couldn't find any on leboncoin;)
Thanks for the link.
Hi @Benoit
I worked with a company to manufacture D10E2 D13E5 lenses, dichroic filters, camera optics and reflector/divider prisms
Clean work and interesting price

A question. Have you thought about the optical threading of your parts making the connection between the camera and the glass slide?
it's not many machinists who know how to do it
Thank you for the address Gérald, I'll look into it.
What do you call optical tapping? For this case, I don't have any problems with fixing, but in other cases, it could be interesting.
For the links I sent you I don't know if they work with glass, I only have feedback on steel, but they are extremely competent and friendly;)
We work with small fiber optic lenses, maybe one of our suppliers would make you happy. (Even if the answer is already given)
Worldwide Supplier :
Creator Optics
Haneda Optical
Swiss Jewel
AC Photonics
AWI Industries
BFI ACAL
Hauser Optik
Idil
Kerdry
Tower Optical
It is possible that he offers the finished product directly. To be seen with them...
The question is indeed closed, but I don't have any firm feedback yet, so the door is open! :)
Thank you very much @davidf72, I'm writing all this down to talk about it with my colleague from optics, he certainly already knows some, but there are surely some interesting leads.
A+
@benoit the optical thread is in fact not for fixing but to avoid parasitic reflections on the inner wall of the cylinder.
