If the propeller is made, you must create a plane normal to the curve:
Insert, reference geometry, plane, select the curve and the end of the curve.
Then on this sketch, you create a profile to swept, put a meeting point between a point in the profile and the curve.
Then use a scan function, I attach an example file.

If it can help you, I can provide you with a rotor. You would only have to look at the construction to see how it is done and readapt the dimensions
Here is the example. Ø375 rotor for an 8m long screw. The coil is welded to a tube. On each side of the tube, sleeves are welded for the placement of the bearings and the geared motor.
