Here are some pictures of the casings machined with a Maho e600 3-axis milling machine from 1984, arrived at the workshop broken, after a few capacitors changed it received the cnc files very well and worked very well too, the hundredth easy!!

You have to have a hell of a will to achieve this result, especially if you go back to the story from the beginning (thank you @Stefbeno for the link)
I am very admiring of the result obtained, especially the adjustment between the two parts (see the photo "closing").
The "impossible climb" competitions are a bit like the myth of Sysiphe revisited in the sense that you climb on the rock instead of pushing it, which is not easier for all that. Debate at the top in a way ;-)

I wanted to make a braked test bench to "see" how many horsepower/torque, for the moment -break-in of the whole- left original, I expect 140hp and 14/15 daN.m of torque, to be checked!! In Pau I found a person who has a test bench....
