Do you know how to track our RPS? I can't find the SolidWorks Costumer Portal anymore.

Now it's happening on the Dashboard 3D support platform... and that's the s*t!
It's not clear at all, we are the customer but we don't have the rights and the view of all the content of a request.
Basically, we open a ticket with our VAR, who opens the ticket on this platform, we receive the notifications in triple and we don't know why.

Yes, it was an obligation following their switch to 3D Experience. They merged everything into one environment.
There had been a message to this effect either on the forum or via email from Solidworks if my memory serves me correctly (see during the last attempts to connect via the old links)
