Deleting the last revision of a part (parent file prb checked out)

Hello
I have several pieces (and their respective plans) that have taken a revision by mistake. I would like to go back to the previous revision for each of the rooms and their plan. I view the history, select the old revision of the part I'm interested in and then click "go back". Now I have an error message that prevents me from validating. It tells me "A parent file of this document is checked out". My part has no function using external relations. How do I identify this extracted parent file? Is there a simple way to go back to a previous revision without having to search for the parent files?
Thank you for your help.
Kind regards

Damien

Hello
This message indicates that the part or assembly file is used in other files that use it.
It can be a drawing or an assembly.
In the vault go to the " Used in " tab, select " all versions " (the last one probably only has the plan as a parent).

Hello
Thank you for your answer. I did the manipulation well but I don't understand what I should do once I have displayed all the lines (there are several plans, parts and assemblies). I just see some warnings (the requested version was deleted by the cold memory storage), I don't know if it has anything to do with my problem. Thank you.

Good evening
No, not related to cold memory storage.
If there are a lot of files, export the result (it will open in Excel) and filter on the extracted by column.
Then you have to ask users to archive without using the last revision of the file that should go back.

I just did the manipulation, thank you! There are indeed parts that are not archived by other users. On the other hand, I don't see the link with my play at all. It does not appear in these assemblages. Weird...

If the files appear in the "used in" it means that the part is well used (it may be in a sub-level of assembly which is itself called in a higher-level assembly and suddenly it blocks)

OK! In any case, restoring the file is possible so it does! Thank you very much!
