Hello, I would like to remove duplicates in assembly from an import of a STEP I have more than 90 identical refs in the assembly.

Remove all duplicates or replace them with the 1st occurrence of the assembly.
Ideally, instead of a step, the parasolid manages the bodies identical, unlike the step. So favor the parasolid format with supplier customers at the step.
If you can ask for a parasolid do it, you will save in assembly weight.
Otherwise with the filter tool you can select all the duplicates, then delete them (if that's the need):
