I used a partner software of solidworks 2018 for a trial period after I wanted to remove from the list but I can't do it

If the software is clean by uninstalling it normally, it no longer appears in the list.
But this is not always the case, some sometimes remain in the list while being well uninstalled.

Agree with @sbadenis ! In this case it's the mask and fins to dive into the BDR to clean the dross.
You should first look in the task manager if there is still a utility of the software in question. Because some software is put in bulk on the HDD during installation and not everything is removed when you remove the main program.
