Indeed for a few days SW 2017 beug. For the opening of a simple one it can take between 3 to 5min if it doesn't crash, the same when I want to edit a function.

Have you ever looked in the task manager to see if there is anything that uses all the resources or maybe you have another Solidworks that has remained open on your station. At worst, you can repair the software.
I know it's not always practical, but working on a file on the network breaks a lot of latency. Personally, it takes me 8/10 times longer to open a simple part file on the network than locally. I don't even talk about assemblages. To solve all the problems, I make a local copy and then synchronize them with a small utility 'SuncBackFree' for example.
