Hello
We are setting up SW Routing, I wanted to know if you reduce the harnesses to integrate them into other assemblies with a new course but a fixed length, of course?
Thank you

Hello
I don't know too much about the Routing module but it seems to me that the sketch that defines the part and in the assembly so if the length doesn't change it should work....
It seems difficult to me to reuse a harness with different length or bend sections in another config
as each route having its specific path and in theory a diff numbering
but it is also true that if the sides overall, the cables and the numbering are identical, nothing prevents them from being used on several cases .

Hello
I'm working on SW Routing (currently in version 2014), and I suggest you use:
- the "section list": a definition of your harnesses (connectors, wires, connections) that you can use in any assembly, but which does not manage lengths. Accessible via "Routing/Electrical/Hop List Wizard".
- the "standard cables": you also impose the length of the cable, it's up to you on a case-by-case basis to give him the route. Accessible via the "Routing Library Manager".
