Fold Loss Table

Hello everyone, why doesn't my table work with an angle greater than
178°20, it should work at least up to 179° being, that the loss to the folds and fill in the table, it works with all the other angles, up to 90° since the losses are in the table, I put screenshots for more understanding, thank you for your answers. Marco.

Hello
I think you need to check the folding option -tangent fold-.
This should solve your problem

Test in information the line with 0° (and no loss at the bend of course).
even if in theory it should work.
See screenshot of my table:

And a room with an angle of 179.8 that runs on SW2023.

On the other hand, with 179.99, a crease disappears and doesn't come back again if I change from another angle, a new nice bug for the sheet metal module!

If you change your table, don't forget to recharge it by going through a K-factor in the meantime because the table is saved in the room and not refreshed unless you change the folding process.

If I understand correctly, you're talking about an angle of 0.2°?
OK on the press brake we will enter an angle of 179.8° but in SW it will be 0.2°.
With us, we mainly operate with a K factor and the unfolded are just right.
With 1 table per material/thickness/ve, it limits crashes I think.
