Welded parts list table

Hi all

My question is about the mechanically welded function. I currently have a mechanically welded chassis with gussets and end caps created with the assigned functions. My problem is when I create the list of welded parts I only have the description of my tubes and the blank boxes on my ends and gussets. I would have liked to know if it was possible to have in the "description" boxes the name of the function (gusset or tip) automatically generated by the spreadsheet.

Thank you for your answer

Hello

I think you have to right-click  on the column headers, then add the description column and then save the table (by right-clicking on the top left) as a template, replacing the existing one.

Edit: the description must appear in the properties of the soldered parts, and therefore in the corresponding SLDLFP file .

Yes, to do this you have to go to the properties of your file, and fill in the description.

Edit: duplicate removal

The description works well for the designation of the tubes but I can't do it for the gussets and the tips, I can't find the right code

+1 for .PL. It's not quite what I wanted but it works

In the PropertyManager, under Welded Parts List, you should see all your items. By right-clicking on each of them, and then clicking on Properties, you should be able to enter them.
