Hello everyone, is there a way to separate the bending angles of 2 out of 3 plies when we use in the sheet metal bent on edge function, and select several edges e at the same time to have them cut at 45° automatic but have the angles differ on 2 arêtes.je put a screenshot for more understanding thank you for your answers.

No, unfortunately it's not possible, unless an unknown and expected novelty has been released.
The only solution is to do it in 2 different functions and then add a closed corner.

Hello
it's a hack but it's achievable, you have to unfold the part with "Insertion==>sheet metal==>unfolded then after you are bent again but de-section the two folds in question then after you make two folds sketched folds.
Post your piece.

Otherwise the simplest: make the part in volume with the outer radii, then a shell of the value of the sheet metal thickness, make the cuts, transform the volume into a sheet metal part when the geometry is finished (and there Solidworks will manage on its own to manage its 3 folds with weird angles).

Amha, the cleanest is to do 2 folding functions.
To manage the problem of cut-outs between the flaps, you have to edit the sketch associated with each fold to give it the trapezoidal shape that fits well.
To illustrate the method of a piece made in a hurry, I didn't refine the corners
