Hello
I currently have an assembly that doesn't want to unfold completely in its flat pattern.
If I do it manually it works well but when I get to the MEP the folds do not appear. (except those that were done automatically in the flat pattern). I suspect that there is something wrong but I can't find what.
I thought of merge folds but I'm not sure.
Anyone have any idea what's going on??
Thank you
Melisa

Hello
What version are you in and can you post your file?
Dsl for the sake of respect I cannot post the file. But I'm in solidworks premium 2018.
I still found part of the solution. The folds had been removed in the unfold state in the flat pattern.
I really don't know why though. But by reinserting the view, everything became perfect again.
An afternoon of research without an answer but with a solution.
Thank you for taking the time to answer.
When you unfold your part in a normal way, check if you don't have any folds in the deleted state as in the attached file

yes that's exactly it!!
Why have the folds changed state? Would I have something that would have caused this??
Thank you
Ok perfect; It's a bug that also sometimes appears in me and I can't explain it! Remember to close the question by clicking on "this answer solved my problem" from the answer that solved your problem.

Hello yes a loss at the fold for example which is too far from the tolerance on open folds is often the case, or crushed folds (here it is better to use a k factor)
