Sheet Metal Working-Rolling-The Workpiece Does Not Unfold

Hello everyone,
I can't unfold a sheet metal part in SolidWorks, I have no problem tracing it in the sheet metal module but no way to unfold it. The piece contains a rolled fold and 1 classic fold at each end.
I attach the client's WWTP from which I traced my part.

If you have any advice on how to trace it. I tried with " Bent-base sheet" in thin extrusion and conversion to sheet metal. To no avail.

Hello,
I don't have the same version of SW as you so I don't see the construction tree...
For a piece of this shape, I'd use the " transition crease" function instead. It seems to me to be better suited.
Then you will have to be vigilant about the losses at the fold or the K factor for each fold.
SW considers rolling as a fold, if a single fold is incorrectly adjusted then it does not unfold anything!
Good luck.

I managed to get an unfolded but Solidworks builds it with veneers, it doesn't really bother me but I would like to be sure of my unfolded to provide it to the workshop.
For this kind of part to within 1 or 2mm it will be ok.

To avoid having a veneer, you must choose the manufacturing method: formed.

The broken method is more for crunching and trained for rolling...

I'm using version 2025SP0.0 and I don't have this " Manufacturing method" tab...

On a transition bend that cannot be changed from Broken to Formed, this option is only available when performing the function.
If you want to change, you have to delete and redo this function.
If necessary, modify the number of bend lines or the maximum deviation to reduce the crenellated effect, otherwise redo the part.
Edit:
Another solution is the bottom sheet with a K factor between 0.5 (sheet from 1 to 3) and K factor = 0.33 for ep >3mm. The press will be just a few 10ths.

Hello, the coin is not growing because of this

Try to put K factor 0.5

I removed the function and redid with the trained option. It's perfect, thank you very much @sbadenis .
