Are any of you experiencing printing problems with a networked HP 800 under SW 2015?
For some time now, we have not been able to print regularly via solidworks (sometimes turning off and restarting sw works but not always).
Printing via other software works normally...

This is a problem present on several positions indeed.
I looked at the latest drivers on the web, they haven't changed since 2009 and are the same as the ones installed... (and before it worked well)
Does the printer indicate or display any messages when this happens?
When you click print, the dialog box closes. If you open the list of files queued for printing, no files are present.
How long has the problem been apparent?
When there is a problem, is it possible to ping the printer's IP address, see if it's not a network problem?
To ping > Start Menu> Run > CMD > [write] ping 192.168.X.X [replace X.X with the printer address].
And by plugging the printer directly into the pc rather than the network, do you have the same error?
It is difficult to incriminate the network since by going through a pdf or using other software it works.
There must be a stupid parameter in sw or possibly a windows update that is not compatible with SW + the tracer.
I doubt that it can be the size of the file because we often launch large 2D implementations without problems...
