Pipes of variable lengths

Hello

I would like to create different variants of the same cable (different cable trays), but by creating "classic" configurations, they will be considered different parts on the platform. How do I create pseudo-configurations that are managed as different states of the same part?

Thanks in advance,

Juliet

Hello
We do this for hoses, for example, which can be different from one machine to another.
Indeed, in the nomenclatures there are several parts under the same reference with the default parameters.
In SmartBom, you can manage it as follows:

In SolidWorks, it's here:

Hello @tous
On my side, the only way I know is, use the assembly functions and uncheck the propagate to the part option,
With the assembly and removal function, it is possible to have a part with different geometries

The problem with the second solution is that it applies to all the components of the assembly so to be used with full knowledge of the facts

Hello @remrem ,
Thank you for your answer, unfortunately I'm looking for a solution on the 3DExperience tool.

Thank you @Lynkoa15 , unfortunately if as said @stefbeno it changes all the components of the assembly this solution will not work for me.
