A screen type discussion post

After showering the market with curved screens, here is a return to flat screens
So what to choose?
Being a pro-flat screen, I went to see curved screens in stores: on LEDs, I am forced to say that indeed curved screens have a much better brightness and contrast when the viewing angle is greater than 30°, compared to flat screens... but it distorts the image a little
Thank you for your feedback......

Good evening

Curved screens are just good for gamers. For CAD and CAD drawing pros, it's of no interest, including for 3Dmax.

There are sites that discuss this for hours and days to quibble about peanut cabbage.

With solidworks you need the graphics card that suits SW anyway and besides, gamer cards are not suitable most of the time for CAD. For 3DMAX you have to calibrate your screen well as for those lucky ones who do graphics.

No one has had a flat screen and then a curved screen to be able to compare?

I understand what you mean, take a look here, I'm more inclined to bend the screen now.

Hello, I work on 3 screens. on the front one it is a curved and to the right and left of the cover. Personally my curved I love for nothing in the world I part with it (that's my personal opinion). The only  drawback is that you have to be in front of you. Those who are standing next to me have a distorted view of my work  due to the angle of vision on my curved.

May the force be with you
