That's what I thought:
in your Integration report, it says:
"Replaces the background map of the sheets named a3 - landscape - pst.slddrt"
But the sheet is not called that! A leaflet never has an extension!
This is the name of the sheet (or tab) that is there when you open the plan without SolidWorks at the bottom left!
