Using SolidWorks 2017 and PDM Standard, I'm in the process of fine-tuning the workflow configuration.
Can you tell me if it's possible to allow a transition only to a user who isn't the last one to edit the file?
For example "$Auteur is not equal to %Username%", or something like that?
Does "Prohibit sequential state changes" also work with the initial state?

Okay, so it's the "Prohibit sequential state changes" option that allows me to do what I want. In the meantime, I was able to test on a different trunk than the production one. Moreover, the help is quite clear on this subject:
> Prohibit sequential state changes
Users cannot perform two sequential state transitions on a single file.
As an example, you can use this option to prevent users from approving their own files.
