I would like to install a viewer (free) on the company's workstations to have access to the map (consultation/printing only). I have 2 databases: a folder with autocad dwg, and a solidworks safe.
I thought of edrawings, it works perfectly for autocad, but I don't see how to connect it or access the safe. If you have to create user accounts that are read only on the vault, it's not a problem, I can add them.

The problem is that the files are "encrypted" in the PDMWORKS Workgroup vault ... There are licenses to connect to the vault and decrypt these files via Solidworks Explorer but it is not free!

A BE server has access only to the member.
A CAM server has access only to the member.
A Share, Read-Only Access Server (only the BE can write)
We only share .catparts and .pdf

Installing the viever would allow the workshop or the department ordered to go directly to print their pdf or paper format from the "up-to-date" source, without going up to see the BE. A PDF database generation is risky, because we don't know whether or not a PDF has evolved according to the plan. A PDF is as dangerous as a paper plan lying around the workshop.
In terms of license, well I don't have a free license for the moment, and no budget to buy viewer licenses.
