Virtual tour

Hello

I have to take a virtual tour of a building. Some time ago I had a test of a virtual tour software that is very good " walkinside" but we didn't buy it.

The solidworks  virtual tour  seems  bland to me now. So does anyone know of a free and legal equivalent to " walkinside".

Thank you

May the force be with you.

As Yoda would say, with your mind you will travel

That's it, that was it. No advice or link.. but it was too tempting:D

Hello

There's Autodesk Navisworks! It takes  into account many different CAD systems and you can even test the interaction between parts from different CADs.

It seems to me that there are free versions: http://www.autodesk.fr/products/navisworks/overview

I have a free version of Navisworks (Navisworks Freedom 2016) on my computer.

I never managed to record anything with :(

Oh yes exactly, Frederic, I've never tested recording! We mostly use it live

Hello

I looked but it seems not to take into account solidworks.

Can someone help me:(

Nothing found yet I'm looking for.

Thank you

Hello @OBI_WAN

In Navisworks Simulate or Manage you can make virtual tours and export the tour as *.avi

I hope it was a visit to the pyramids that @OBI_WAN wanted to do, because an unearthing like that is archaeology!

Joking aside, thank you for these clarifications @Rems51

Hello;

It's not a virtual tour (and it's not what I was looking for either...) but it's always good to know...

Kind regards.

With AI, we could take a virtual tour of what we were still like in those remote times.

Hello @OBI_WAN !

After a quick search I found this video that should interest you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAivJqOSIGs

the principle is to import a 3D model into UNITY and to generate, with UNITY, a space that can be used in VR.
I believe that this is the method that some people use in our country.

In your search, I wish you good luck.
discoveries, you will make.
and a master you will become
