Visu leaves in a state

Hello

How do I only allow a group access to the SLDPRT file in a defined state?

Knowing that in the defined state we find all types of SLD files.

I'm on ePDM 2012 and I can't find a simple way :-(

Thank you

Hello

This help topic seems interesting:

"Setting State Access Rights"

http://help.solidworks.com/2013/french/EnterprisePDM/Admin/t_workflow_state_access_rights.htm

In particular, Part 5:

Allow or deny a group's access to files

Only users in the specified groups (if they have sufficient folder and workflow state permissions) can access the file. Other users won't be able to see it, regardless of folder or state permissions.

It is therefore necessary to create a workflow that allows (or disallows) the group to access only for a given state.

Help to create a flow:

Thanks, but I'm trying to differentiate the file type.

In my case

I am looking for the METHOD group to be accessed ONLY to shares in the VALID state

and the DESIGNER group is accessing the part, asm, draw in the VALID state.

For the DESIGNER group it's good on the other hand I can't get the METHOD group to have access to draw and asm.

As @PL. says, you need to create 2 workflows, one for sldprt, and the other for slddrw and sldasm.

This will set the "sldprt" workflow to have access permission to the VALID state of the "METHOD" and "DESIGNER" groups.

And in the second workflow "sldasm & slddrw" an access permission, in the "VALID" state, only to the "DESIGNER" group

Is it clearer?

Hello

Yes, this is clear, but the handling is cumbersome. Forcing you to redesign part of the workflow and do post-processing.

So if I understood correctly, it is impossible to make it simple:((

Hello

Is it possible to read a file that has been passed through a loop? That is to say, prohibit the reading of files in the APPROVED state except for those that have made at least one transition to the APPROVED PRT state??
