From an assembly, how do you get the void volume as a part?
I would just like to mesh the air for a convection calculation in a restricted environment where air can be considered as a thermally conductive material.

Hello
If I understand you would like to have a room that represents your air volume??? Around the room or in the room??? In the 1st case you define the restricted dimension then create a part in the assembly and you make like a mold then you give as materials "air" and for the second you create parts in the voids and you also give air as materials...

If you know how to delimit the external volume via X way that you can hide you have your walkthrough

Thank you for the tutorial, by adapting a little it works perfectly!
I had lost topological operations since Euclid;)
ok so it works, all you have to do is validate the best answer
Have a nice day
