Help with solidworks sheet metal

Torsion.SLDPRT part (89.1 KB)

Hello everyone, I come to appeal again to the general knowledge,

Do you have a solution to put this part through sheet metal? I would like to have a flat cut for the cutting in the workshop but now I'm drying.

Thanks in advance

You have to use the transition folds function

Hello, no it doesn't work at all, I posted the part as an example but impossible to unfold it

From your room; make a 3D sketch of the inside of the spiral and then close it, then do the same for the outer spiral of the same part (high or low for both sketches) and then use the delete body function. Once the body is deleted, select in the creation tree the two 3D sketches by doing CTRL and also select transition fold and there you will only have to choose the sheet metal parameters and it should have been good

Thank you for your advice, I'm coming up with something affordable for the workshop, if anyone has an idea to make it simpler, I'm all for it.
