I did my mep (I still can't attach an image, I don't know why)

 

I inserted a nomenclature

 

then I added a speech bubble related to the personal property "REF"

 

And when I added it, the nomenclature added the bubble symbol.

I understood at the beginning, at least in 2012 it was not possible!

Maybe in 2014!

 

The symbol only appears if it's attached to the article number...

@bart: After the 2nd image, did you have it rebuilt? And if you redevelop the BOM display, the bubble info remains?

Can you do the test by putting 2 parts in the assembly and putting the PWR on the part and not the assembly. This is the only difference that persists with the image of @jsourd!

I did it with an assembly, I didn't even need to rebuild, everything follows automatically

 

No problem!

Indeed, there is a small problem on your mep.

 

So I recreated it with my background.

So I advise you to redo your mep by removing the old one.

 

Sometimes Solidworks bugs a little and when restarting the mep, it passes. What for? I don't know, but it happens.

 

In any case, with your plays, I succeeded. And I haven't touched anything about your config.

If it works for @bart, the problem is probably with your drawing or BOM template !
