Fail to create toolboxlibrary object

I recently had a problem with my soldwork software. I read about your community and I found it is a problem with windows update and I ran

all the commands to the letter and it doesn't work.

The screenshot is almost illegible.
I guess it's this post:
https://forum.mycad.visiativ.com/t/probleme-avec-toolbox-solidworks/98232?locale=fr&lang=fr
What version of SW?
The answer dates back to 2015! Not sure if it's related to a patch dating back 10 years or so (depending on your version of sw.
What's your problem? The toolbox won't launch? What's the message?
What led you to this solution?
As a reminder, it is important to be clear if you want an effective answer.

Edit: I also find this post from you where you were already experiencing the same (?) problems.

Thank you for the answer, my version is sw 2015, and the image you can click on to enlarge it.

Hello
I don't really understand either.
Your SW2015 PREMIUM install dates from 2015? Which version of Windows? Or do you want to install a version of SW2015 on a recent pc???
You don't answer the questions of @sbadenis that could allow us to guide you as to the origin of the pb

I have windows 10 and sw 2015, I think I'll reinstall it if it's a windows 10 update that causes this bug I'm afraid my reinstall won't do anything what do you think?

Hello

The sp of SW2015 would be not bad too. SW2015 SP5 compatible with Windows 10, below it's a matter of chance.
KBs on W10 must have been a lot since the development of SW2015, I'm not sure that all the bugs are known.
The only one that looks like the post in screenshot and the potential problem is related to this kb: Instability in SOLIDWORKS due to conflict with Microsoft KB3072630
The second step of the procedure is to repair the installation, so uninstalling/reinstalling it following the advice given by Solidworks should solve the problem.
If not, it will be complicated to find a solution on a software that is more than 10 years old (SW2015 SP0 was released at the end of 2014). Maybe you should think about upgrading to a newer version.
