For me, no worries. On the other hand, the menu is not visible until you are well connected to the dark part of the site!

The request history works fine, but as soon as we click on the " Create Request " button, it redirects to the error page...

Try to refresh your cookie  and cache with a Ctrl+F5 on the page. Finally on one of the previous pages that display correctly.

Not for me if I click on request for assistance, it opens the appropriate window.
Otherwise the link to the page just in case:
https://mycad.visiativ.com/helpdesk-support

@Pierre_VISIATIV_Admin or @fmarchand may find out more to identify the problem.

At first glance, it seems that the problem is only related to my account. I tried to contact support through the site's form.

Thank you for your help

If you're on Chrome, you can allow third-party cookies this way

Good evening @TheOtherMJ ,
After checking on our side, everything is in order on your account.
Can you accept cookies and/or clear your browser cache/identify if you have an Adblock-like system that can disrupt the screen display and disable it?

Thank you for your feedback

Hello

Thank you for your leads.

Here is a small point following my tests this morning:

  • I deleted the cookies and cache of my Chrome browser, disabled my Adblock, and then accepted all cookies again but the problem persists.
  • Another colleague on Firefox has the same problem, and a third colleague on Edge as well.
  • I tried with Edge myself, but I got the same result.
  • I then tested from my mobile phone, in Safari and then Chrome, and the problem is still present.

I must admit that I am running out of ideas at this point...

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello

Have you carried out the tests on different access points (wifi, 4/5G, ...)?

The idea is to eliminate potential network configuration rules that are too restrictive.
