We are pleased to announce that the Visiativ customer portal is evolving! From October 12, 2023 , you will be able to take advantage of a new Visiativ exchange and service platform.
NEWS
On this platform, you will find:
- CAD technical support
- your administrative documents
- new content over the course of the releases (e.g. customer information, contracts, etc.)
- Simplified exchanges with your Visiativ contacts
As far as technical support is concerned, you can always go through the myCAD platform to access it: click on the " my tickets " button and you will be redirected to the new Visiativ customer portal.
For information : the " support@mycadservices.com " email address will no longer be available. You will have to go through the customer portal in order to create a support ticket.
SECURITY
To increase the level of security of your account and guarantee the protection of your personal data, Visiativ secures and upgrades access to your tools.
From October 2, 2023, a new connection method will be made via myCAD by Visiativ which will be displayed as follows:
If you were using a myCAD or myMoovapps account, you need to reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
Then, you will have to register a second authentication factor that will be asked of you when you log in.
When you first log in, you will have to fill in the type of authentication you want to use (App, SMS or email). Depending on the case, it will therefore be necessary beforehand:
- Application: install an authenticator application by respecting the prerequisites of its publisher
- SMS: have a personal mobile number on which you can be reached
- Email: have an email address accessible at the time of login
In case of any problem, you can reach our customer service on +33 9 69 322 223 (Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5 pm – free call).
What if you are not a Visiativ customer? Don't panic, you just have to create a free account!
Information : All people who have not logged in to the platform for more than 2 years will be automatically deleted. If you want to find your information, create a new account with your original email and your data will be automatically uploaded.
