A moment that I didn't come but what a bore to connect... It was worth having an account to go through that; I'm sure it would have been less time consuming and less painful to create a new account...
Despite everything, hello everyone.

Despite everything, hello everyone.
I was a little too scared when I did the reconnection procedure.
Apparently, it's going well for now) with Firefox, the password is remembered and no need to go through two-factor authentication again.
This complexity will not help to have new members for the forum.
Perhaps it would be possible to impose two-factor authentication only for user accounts with access to sensitive information?
Personally still not disconnected I'm too scared given the feedback
Everything went very well for me
Two-factor authentication system as can be found on many websites today
It's much better one disconnect/reconnect per day only now and quick reconnect.
You can go.
The first reconnection is not a bit of a pain, but after that it's good (maybe to see depending on the browser)
Hello;
Yesterday (Tuesday, October 17th) from 5pm (approximately), it was impossible to connect to Mycad...
Log and password request => OK
Verification page=>OK
and there, I find myself on the Visiativ homepage without being logged in, "never mind" I tell myself, I click on the link to access the Mycad forum... well again ... Could this not be a cyclical redundancy in computer jargon?
Closing my browser didn't fix this problem.
That said, since you can read me, my connection this morning is working normally...
But perhaps I was the only one impacted with this "imponderable"...
Kind regards.
Hello Team
Couldn't you fire that stupid prompt who asks us to click to continue when he says everything is fine...? Since everything is fine, charge the reception directly!!
Please, thank you
Hello @Coralie , is it normal to have to re-enter your credentials when you want to see/create a ticket request?
Hello Dominique,
Maybe you have been disconnected in the meantime? If not, it is for security that he asks you for your login details...
yes and despite my fears it went well.
May the force be with you.
I keep being disconnected, I have to regularly enter my logings and the security key. It's heavy after a while
Hello @ac_cobra_427
Sorry to hear it, can you tell me how many times you are forced to reconnect?
We'll look at your account!
For my part, it's every day
Hello @Coralie ,
I don't know exactly but between my phone, access to work and the one from home, I think every time I connect on one I have to reconnect on the others but to confirm because I haven't really paid attention.
Hello @ac_cobra_427
A priori our account on the forum is not a kind of license with 1 post at a time; If I connect to the phone, my PC session remains open.
It looks more like one disconnection per day or so for me.
On the other hand, the forum and the Mycad site each ask for a connection each per day approximately.
To be seen if possible to improve, in addition 2-3 windows each time the time to validate authentication, which is a bit painful sometimes.
Another thing we often see the site as if we are connected when we want to click on a message we are disconnected and reconnected, that's what is annoying.
Edit: just my morning disconnection.
1st window:
The whole thing is a bit long...
Maybe directly propose a window for reconnection instead of the 1st one that warns that you are going to be disconnected?
Provided that this is feasible with the interface, of course.
Connection without any particular problem even if it is more complex.
I have the impression that this forum is better secure than my bank!!
Nice and more modern this new forum.
HS limit note: how is it possible for users to have nicknames like " user65378bc2098c6 "
I have the impression that it has been since the implementation of the new version of the forum.
Hi @stefbeno
Intuitively I would say that they could only be test accounts created by the devs to check the behavior of the site when creating new accounts.
