When you say " A Visiativ ", which sites are you referring to? Customer portal, myCAD...? If you are connected to one of them, you are automatically connected to all of them; It is impossible to log in without two-factor authentication
If you have any problems with the connection you can contact customer service on 09 69 322 223, they will set up your account in a few seconds; I'm sending you a message!

Since I changed browsers, I no longer need to log in to authenticate.
I switched from " Firefox to Edge ", it's better no more connection problems...

It's okay we just found the problem, it was my ad blocker " Ubloc ", which prevented me from connecting ...

If you have any problem, just delete the browser cache for the Visiativ site.

I am going to undermine suspicions; I use FireFox, uBlock and Adblock, and I've been logged in permanently without any problems for months. :man_shrugging:
Anyway, the main thing is you get there like that.

Personally it's: adblock ultimate (I've already used ghostery several years)

  • KAMO + CCleaner in auto before each closing in the evening and obviously Norton in the background.
    And to make sure I don't leave anything lying around, I'm subscribed to Incogni, one of the best data deletion services from the brookers who resell the data.

Finally, I notice that some sites send you to the Parthenon if you have a VPN (e.g. Canal+, OpenIA, social security etc...)

Hi @Zozo_mp My FF deletes all cookies every time I close it, except the ones I put in the exceptions, including the forum cookie, so I don't need to log in again when I access them.
