New classification

Hello colleagues,

I just discovered my new classification, I would be "c6"! And what would you be?

Hi @ac_cobra_427

Quite a few people have given it in New Metallurgy Collective Agreement

C6? you have to ask for the points count and check ... but it seems very very VERY low to me!

@coin37coin outright, when you do the math; I come across E10...

I validate C6 it's low for the record I'm E9.

Indeed C6 is low, I was complaining about being D8...

In a large group, this ranges from D-7 for a draftsman to E-9 for a level 2 draftsman. The level 1 draftsman is logically between the 2. The job descriptions are logically different between the 3.
C6 does indeed seem very low (especially since you shouldn't just spit out detail given your activity on the forum). Given your description on the forum your job covers 3 or 4 different positions: BE, methods, pre-sales technician...

Don't hesitate to read the description of your position and go see your HR Director to say EVERYTHING you do that is not marked on it. If necessary, ask to have a modified/adapted sheet.
That's what I did to raise my ranking.

Hi all!

I've never heard of it...
Could anyone explain to me what it is?

Hello
Let's take a look at the original topic: New metallurgy collective agreement
It is only the metallurgy agreement that is impacted. Depending on the field in which the company is located, this agreement does not necessarily apply.

I'll find out thank you

The collective agreement on which you depend is indicated on your payslip.

@stephane.gi I know my collective agreement; I don't really see how this answer has to do with my job?!?

oops... misunderstanding...

It was mostly an answer for @twathle I think :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Given what comes out of the various posts on this forum, I would rather tend to say fortunately rather than unfortunately.
