I started to create folders for each one deposited native files if necessary, but for the planning I wanted to put an excel calendar and with gt22 we already have a problem ....
The mycadplace c is a common dropbox. So the server is always on and anyone can access it at any time.
We can all have different versions of solidworks because anyway the visualization of the parts is converted => everyone visualizes them.
You can take dimensions, you can make cuts, etc... So it's a web drawing with the ability to store files that can be downloaded by all employees

I had quotes made by the main players in the market. Given the prices, I decided to start a self-design.
I'm at the end of my reflections, the project is almost mature with a lot of technical and price details in front of it.

My project is 99% complete in study, I have all my quotes.
It's an all-inclusive project that costs around 8000€.
It has the same advantages as the pergolas on the market but I save 50% on the lowest market price.
You should know that between Biosun, Solisystem, Brustore, Renson the prices range from 14000 to 28000€ depending on the suppliers and options.
I should start manufacturing quickly, you should know that you need contact with suppliers in the building because some composting agents such as adjustable slats and screen blinds are not easy to find.
I've been working on the project since September 2014, there's a big job of study and reflection.

For reasons of availability, I didn't move forward on the project. But it's still in the head.
The idea is really to bring the price down with a design that is accessible to the great DIYer.
For the blades I thought of shaping them in wood or using riveted sheets on a support in the shape of fins.

An accessible design for a great DIYer, that's the word.
A great handyman means a good 3D designer with the right tool (you really have to be able to simulate everything ), also a good fitter and contacts in the construction industry to have access to essential supplies: adjustable slats, screen blinds.
In the price I set 8000€ the 3 screens represent half, you can not put them, it depends on the outside conditions and exposure (wind, sun), I have no choice I am full wind (side blinds) with sunset (front blind).
In terms of structure, manufacturers have developed specific aluminium profiles that are not accessible to individuals, a kind of protectionism, which also allows them to integrate functionalities (lighting, rainwater drainage). It is therefore necessary to use basic commercial aluminium profiles: square tube for the posts, rectangular for the overhead structure, U-shaped for the gutters and slat supports.
In terms of automatisms: Somfy, a safe bet, except for the electric actuator and it is necessary that any dialogue while it is not necessarily planned. I did real tests because no one takes a position on it. Now I know it works!
So indeed you really need a good complete technical base.
But it's also because I wanted something equivalent in quality to what sells. If you have to make it, you might as well do it well.
The Bioclimatic pergola is now a luxury product, you should know that!
At all the manufacturers I had quoted, no one got back in touch even though I had clearly told them that the price was prohibitive.
Proof that they don't wait for the customer!
It's a great technical project, I'm really having fun technically, I'm putting all my knowledge at my service and that's the kick!

This is the only folder I didn't delete from my old mycadplace. It can be public as a result. I can resubscribe if a patron pays the amount to Lynkoa.
