Repair a DXF for laser cutting

Good evening

I found a factory to make a laser cut in a sheet metal.
I made a vectorization drawing with Inkscape, took some curves and then exported everything to a DXF file.
The factory tells me that the DXF is not compliant because there are lines that intersect, as well as unconnected lines, and that it is impossible for them to remove material with this file.
They are using Solidworks and don't want to modify the file.
I tried to solve the problem with Inkscape but I come to a dead end, I don't know how to do it or how to visualize the problems.

Would there be a charitable soul who would agree to fix this DXF or explain to me how to do it?

I exported in DXF R12 format, I also have the possibility to export in DXF R14, is it better?
Otherwise I have the original SVG from Inkscape if needed.

Thanks in advance
Beautiful evening

Is the file good for you and your subcontractor?

Good evening
Thank you for your prompt feedback.

I don't really understand the return of the factory as follows:
"It's an edrw file, you need a real DXF
You did a material removal on Solid Works because it doesn't work for me"

What is really your need? Here is the part from the DXF that I modified into a 3D representation in Solidworks 2016 and a screenshot of the result.

Thank you, a priori it's good for the factory

Great, please close the post by selecting the answer that solved your problem.
