:rofl: I didn't know about the " Sapper's candle"... but I'm looking forward to their next issue (I missed yesterday's)... and so the next post of @Zozo_mp at the same time...

La Bougie du sapper or La Bougie du Sapeur (the typography of the title varies according to the issue) is since 1980 a French humorous periodical newspaper that appears every February 29, i.e. almost1 every four years ( leap years). 12 issues of about twenty pages have already been published2. The last one is on February 29, 2024 and the next one is scheduled for February 29, 2028.

Hello everyone!

The reason why I didn't post here a long time ago is that I found a student interested in being an assistant and I did a session with him 2 weeks ago... and I'm going to do a new session this Friday!

I'll post all progress here! Thank you for your support!

I haven't started the design on solidworks yet, but I made a program on matlab that does the calculations of the positioning of the cams, (accelerations, speed, position, jerk)

I'll post the code maybe this Friday with an update on the project!!

P.s: the teacher (who changes his mind every day :rofl: ) saw that a rotary packaging system is a bit hard, so he said that we can do the project in another way, with a system that he explained in class (I explained that too this Friday for those interested!)
